Discover new horizons.

00:00:05.750 --> 00:00:13.000
For the first time, in your Volkswagen, you can switch your panoramic roof from opaque to transparent within seconds.

00:00:14.000 --> 00:00:17.400
You will experience a passenger compartment flooded with light

00:00:17.400 --> 00:00:22.750
and thanks to the anti-reflective interior glass surface, an unobstructed view of the outside.

00:00:23.000 --> 00:00:29.000
Our innovative thermal coating protects against heating up in summer and cooling down on cold days.

00:00:30.500 --> 00:00:35.500
Your comfort is increased and you will also save energy on air conditioning.

00:00:36.000 --> 00:00:40.000
The space-saving design of the panoramic roof offers you more headroom

00:00:40.000 --> 00:00:45.000
and increases the overall efficiency of your ID.7 through its lightweight construction.

00:00:48.500 --> 00:00:52.500
You can control your Smart Glass conveniently via the overhead console.

00:00:53.000 --> 00:00:55.000
You can also operate the roof by voice.

00:00:56.000 --> 00:00:59.650
For example, say: "Hello Ida, show me the sun!"

00:00:60.000 --> 00:01:03.750
and the smart glass switches back from opaque to transparent.

00:01:04.500 --> 00:01:10.000
